Here at Body, Hart, & Soul, I’ve been using essential oils for over 15 years and received my Associate’s Degree in Complementary Alternative Medicine with a Focus on Aromatherapy from the American College of Healthcare Sciences. I have personal experience of how effective essential oils can be and became passionate enough to research and share my knowledge and experience with you.
